• The learner has not received a certificate for the course

• The learner has downloaded course materials or resources

• The learner has received a certificate

• The refund request is made after the refund period

• The issue is caused by the learner’s device, internet connection, browser, or failure to follow instructions

• The course was purchased under a clearly marked non-refundable offer, discount, workshop, or special program

• The learner violates platform rules or terms of use

Workshops, Bootcamps, Live Sessions, and Tools

Refund terms for workshops, live programs, tools, or special training programs may differ and will be mentioned separately where applicable. If no separate refund terms are provided, the general refund policy will apply.
